Returns & Shipping
All orders are sent out by Australia Post with a tracking number for your convenience.
Orders will be dispatched within 1-2 business days (usually within 24 hours) of you placing an order. You will be emailed a shipping confirmation once your order has been dispatched, this confirmation will include your tracking details.
Bubakin cannot be held responsible for any delays with Australia Post as these are outside of our control. Bubakin is not liable for lost or stolen shipments so please ensure you nominate a secure delivery address. If any packages are returned to us as a result of an incorrect address, you will be liable for any additional shipping costs to have the product shipped again.
Domestic orders are shipped using standard Australia Post capped at a cost of $15 depending on weight or for free on orders over $250.00. We use satchel post on most occasions but parcel post for smaller items. Please allow between 2 to 5 business days for your order to arrive. If you need your items faster, please upgrade to Express Shipping at the checkout.
NEW ZEALAND DELIVERIES
New Zealand orders are shipped using Australia Post Registered Post for a flat fee of $25.00. Please allow 3 to 10 business days for your order to arrive.
International orders are shipped using Australia Post Registered Post for a flat fee of $35.00 - $40.00 (depending on your location). Please allow 5 to 12 business days for your order to arrive.
We offer up to 6-month replacement warranty on workmanship faults and materials. Keep your proof of purchase but we are confident our nappies won't disappoint!

Please note: Warranty is VOID if nappies have been misused according to nappy care instructions provided with your nappy and on the internal care tag. RETURNS ONLY ACCEPTED ON UNUSED, UNWASHED NAPPIES.
Returns/Refund & Exchange Policy
If you receive your order and are not satisfied with the way they fit or there is a fault please contact us at: [email protected] to discuss an exchange or refund and we will do our best to assist you with your concerns.
- To be eligible for a return/exchange/refund the product must be in UNWORN and UNWASHED (As new) condition.
- For change of mind or incorrect fit it is up to the buyer to pay return postage of the items.
- Sale and clearance items are not eligible for a refund, exchange or returns.
RETURN PROCESS for change of mind or incorrect fit:
- Ensure items are UNWORN AND UNWASHED! They must be in NEW condition with no dirt, hair, rips, etc.
- Pack items into postal satchel along with a copy of your proof of purchase.
- Include a note with:
- * Your name (the same you used when placing your order), address, phone number and email address.
- * Reason for return - please notify us if you require a refund or exchange
- * The items you are returning
